What is a Discipleship group?
Discipleship Groups are gender specific groups of 2-4 people who meet for the purpose of accelerated spiritual growth and making disciples.
Disciple: Someone who is following Jesus, being changed by Jesus, and is committed to the mission of Jesus.
"Follow me and I will make you fishers of men."
Matthew 4:19
Disciple Making: Intentionally helping others to follow Jesus, be changed by Jesus, and join the mission of Jesus.
"Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross daily and follow me. For whoever wants to save their life will lose it, but whoever loses their life for me will save it."
Luke 9:23-24
