Jim Probst

Jim has 32 years of ministry experience and has spent the last 10 as an Executive Pastor focusing on equipping staff to maximize Kingdom impact. Jim is passionate about aligning, equipping, and empowering staff and volunteers by developing systems, processes, and consistent organizational language. This infrastructure allows staff and volunteers to flourish at their highest capacity and establishes servant leadership that has a lasting impact.

Diverse Background

Jim has served in many pastoral capacities including youth pastor, small group pastor, and most recently as an Executive Pastor at Northside Christian Church in New Albany, IN, and previously at Eastview Christian Church in Normal, IL.  He has served in small, medium, and mega-church settings. His wide range of ministry experience gives him a unique perspective on what helps ministry teams of all sizes succeed and thrive. He is passionate about coaching church leaders to strengthen ministries and build effective teams.

Family Man and Enthusiast

Jim has 4 kids ranging in age from 11 to 28 and he lives in Charlestown, IN with his wife, Julie, and daughter Kenna. Jim has 3 grandkids, and he can never get enough time with his family, excellent conversations over good coffee, ice cream, or fishing.
